Woningcorporatie "Eigen Bouw" te Deventer tekent processen voortaan met Modulor

november 2011  - Woningcorporatie Eigen Bouw staat al sinds 1914 garant voor kwalitatief goede woningen en commerciële ruimten, een goede service en een persoonlijke benadering van (potentiële) huurders. Als één van de oudste verhuurders in Deventer beheert Eigen Bouw een breed assortiment woningen en commerciële ruimten, gesitueerd op zeer gewilde locaties in Deventer.
Zoals dat steeds vaker gebeurt, maakt Eigen Bouw bij het opstellen van haar processen gebruik van de referentiemodellen die Modulor de afgelopen jaren, samen met haar partners, heeft ontwikkeld. Waarom zou je immers telkens "van de grond af aan beginnen" wanneer je met behulp van een model van het proces heel snel de eigen situatie kunt weergeven? En vervolgens wordt het pas echt interessant. Hoe kan het beter? Waarom zoveel overdrachtsmomenten in het proces? Zo komen de "verhalen"op tafel: de geschiedenis van terechte of onterechte wijzigingen en redenen waarom het proces er uit ziet zoals vandaag. En of dat nog niet genoeg is: met de methodiek toegepast in Modulor kan u ook een zogenaamd "nulproces" opstellen voor een bepaald proces: waarom wijken we vandaag nog zo af van dit ideale nulproces? Leuke vragen. Toch?    

Innovator HIG kiest voor Modulor

oktober 2011  - Opnieuw een voorbeeld van een klant die kiest voor een oplossing van Modulor. Helder en scherp inzicht in waar het om gaat waren doorslaggevende motieven. Wie is HIG? AEDES Controllers Network conference and workshops

May 2011 – on 7 June we showed housing corporation controllers in the AEDES Network what could be achieved with ‘Human Process Management’.  We demonstrated the enormous reductions in transfer points for the “repairs process” often used by housing corporations. The ‘ideal schedule’ for processes was also offered: What can I achieve in extreme cases? What’s feasible? Can I explain why I can’t do it in practice?

The Maasvallei housing corporation based in Maastricht has implemented risk management

March 2011 – For their process control and operational risk management (ORM) software, the Maasvallei housing corporation that is based in Maastricht, selected Modulor for their business processes:  An important step towards being in control of the organisation and its processes. The substantial, though nonetheless simple design of the risk matrix with respect to the preferred performance processes turned out to be the key factor in selecting Modulor. The involvement of ‘users’ in the business processes by applying the risk matrix as an ‘improvement card’ specifically impressed management: ‘risk management is not an exaggerated or abstract subject, but rather an issue concerning all those involved in the process.’

Workflow Automation: computerised workflow for inspection and reporting in care institutions

January 2011 – Oosterpoort is a large centre for youth and developmental care based in Oss that now uses Modulor AS BPM software for supporting process descriptions also with computers. 

Oosterpoort started to adapt the Modulor AS workflow engine to its own inspection processes for buildings and dealing with various types of reports.

These reports have to be monitored and followed up. With Modulor AS software the progress or status is always known and it is clear which staff member or department is dealing with a specific issue. Modulor AS is a platform where processes can be supported simply through configuring process-oriented computerization.

certified Microsoft Partner renewal

January – 2011 For the sixth year in 2011, Change Products renewed its Microsoft partnership thanks in part to Modulor software.  Bearing this in mind, Modulor users can be assured of the quality and reliability of the functioning of the software. Change Products once again becomes a qualified ISV, which stands for Independent Software Vendor (ISV), based on Microsoft’s terms. In practice this means that Modulor software users can assume that where possible, maximum use is made of the latest Microsoft technologies as well as the continuous development of all the necessary competencies in the Modulor development procedures.

ISO 9001 quality system with Modulor software

WVL Steel Constructors, based in Schagen and part of the Andus Group, recently set up their ISO 9001 quality system using Modulor software. All processes, procedures and instructions are accessible from the network. WVL Steel Constructors is a steel building and construction company specialising in total projects in the areas of planned maintenance, plant changes and new construction, and it also offers support during manufacturing stoppages. Introduction of process management at housing corporations

Three housing corporations have recently given us orders for describing work processes using our Modulor BPM software.  These projects have already been started along with a number of partners. It is also worth noting that these customers always wanted to include process risk analysis at the same time as the introducing process management. We can only conclude that unlike a couple of years earlier, risk management for processes is becoming the obvious component for process management.
