In our BPM software we use modulor ps, modulor qs and modulor cs to focus on processes, including the quality, the control and management of risks in the process. We end up with happy and satisfied customers when the organisation employs proper operating processes.  This is why organisations quite rightly attach a high level of priority to their processes. The ‘horizontal’ processes drive right through the mainly ‘vertically’ oriented departments and teams. In modulor gs, the GRC part of our BPM software, we take a look for the first time at the 'vertical' management and control of the organisation.

While implementing the environmental analysis, you assess the main aspects of the risks across the organisation. Just as with process control in modulor cs, you assess the events or causes which may impede achieving the organisational aims. You do not only obtain a clear insight into the successful side (aims) of management and control with modulor gs, but the risks are also highlighted. The management of your organisation is about the controls and measures which take care of the sources of risks, and it is also about providing information which helps ensure that these measures are always observed. The situation can be reviewed annually.  Once the situation is documented and stored in modulor gs, you can simply reuse the data, updating it where necessary.

From the company objectives, strategies and risks entered in modulor gs, it is very simple to take the next step to manage the activities and provide periodic reports regarding the results and the extent to which the company objectives have been achieved.  The functionality of the modulor gs software provides periodic reports about the activities linked to the obectives of the organisation aims and the risks that exist across the organisation.
